Purpose

These terms govern browsing the look-up.life website, the Look Up Score ranking and information about Look Up and Look Up Kids. The apps have their own terms of use. Browsing the website does not create an account, subscription or purchase.

Request access

The form lets you express interest in Look Up, Look Up Kids or both. It does not guarantee an availability date or immediate access. You must provide an email address you are authorised to use. Kids requests are made by a parent or supporting adult. Subscribing to news is optional.

Look Up Score

The ranking presents evaluated apps, their rating out of 100 and letter from A to E. The lower the rating, the more the evaluation identifies mechanisms encouraging prolonged use. An unevaluated app stays unrated. An app’s rating is separate from a personal daily score. The methodology explains the scale and its limits; evaluations may change as apps and documented evidence evolve.

Scope of information

Ratings and content provide information: they are not medical diagnoses, safety certifications or age recommendations. A good rating does not mean an app is suitable for every child. Interface illustrations may use example data. App features depend on the phone, permissions, settings and third-party services.

Artificial intelligence and third-party services

Look Up includes access to assistants installed on the phone. Their use depends on their own terms, accounts and permissions. No assistant is contacted simply by browsing this website. AI responses may be inaccurate and require your judgement. Mentioned websites, apps and initiatives remain their publishers’ responsibility; mentioning them does not imply a partnership.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse forms, send unlawful content, impersonate others or attempt to access private data. Intellectual property rights and statutory exceptions apply to the content. Errors and correction requests may be sent to 01 Lab.

Availability and liability

01 Lab maintains the website and may update or interrupt it for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from all errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

Data, applicable law and contact

Processing is described in the privacy policy and cookies page. These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to your circumstances. For any request, use the Look Up contact or write to its registered office. In a dispute, an amicable resolution may be sought without limiting your rights of recourse.
